| Sumario: | This work is an application project, in which the need to carry out the simplification of the divorce procedure by mutual consent is justified, which consists of eliminating the settlement boards established in articles 516 and 517 of the code of civil procedures for the state of, and instead establish an agreement ratification hearing in order to thereby shorten the time in which the marital conflict is resolved, avoiding emotional and economic exhaustion to the parties involved and their families; thus also achieve with this reform the reduction of the burden on the judiciary of the State of Nayarit. |
