Descripción
Sumario:Based on the study "Anxiety, Depression, Lifestyles, and Well-being in the Current Sociocultural Context" conducted in 2022, the study presents the results of the Lifestyles variable. The study builds on data obtained in 2020 and 2021, when confinement and social distancing measures implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic led to changes in the lifestyles of the population. Data collection took place twice a year: in March with 694 participants (66.9% women and 33.1% men), and in October with 367 participants (67% women and 33% men). The results indicate an increase in different areas of lifestyles, suggesting the possible presence of adaptive behaviors. Although the study's characteristics do not permit generalization of the data, it is possible to use the findings as a reference for developing strategies for promoting healthy lifestyles and well-being.
