| Sumario: | Objective: Describe the psychosocial features of leadership in successful entrepreneurs of corporations from the region of Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua. Material and method: By means of interviews based on the history of the entrepreneurial life of 21entrepreneurs of the Region of Cuauhtémoc, the psychosocial characteristics of successful managerial leadership were determined. Results: It was found that there are 22 psychological characteristics and 12 social characteristics that appear more frequently among the interviewees. Conclusions: It can be concluded that the entrepreneurs of the region of Cuauhtémoc have psychosocial and social features that have lead them to reach the success in business. |
