Descripción
Sumario:The present research (doctoral thesis proposal) will allow determining the relationship between the learning community and knowledge management in university research centers. It will be developed under the theoretical postulates of Mathi (2004), Jiménez and Rodríguez (2016), and Berger (2020), among others. Methodologically, it will be developed under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational and cross-sectional type. It will be directed to 646 professor-researchers from 33 research centers of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. The collection of information will be carried out through questionnaires-surveys that will be validated by experts in the area. The results will be used for future research in university research centers, in terms of the learning community and knowledge management, seeking to promote their quality and productivity. It is inferred that the creation of learning communities promotes collaborative and cooperative work between members of an institution to share and generate knowledge, and knowledge management guarantees efficient management of it.
