| Resumo: | This study presents the planned structure to integrate the protocols of p.1. to p.5. from basic edilicio design (deb) to 2020, was determined with the intention of motivating the transfer of theoretical technologies developed in the research project for the Evaluation of Neo Sudden (EnR). Because the academic application of these technologies to certain focus groups will lead to obtaining very specific information that is concerning the understanding of the satisfaction of their objectives. Likewise, this structure is the theoretical product from research with a qualitative approach of a non-experimental transactional type, with an exploratory, documentary and axial scope. Executed on the non-probabilistic sample that is made up of these 5 protocols. Quintilla exposed in the form of lists, whose scientific rigor comes from meeting the demands of other methodological sources used in addition, exemplified among them, to point out that the research phenomenon is found in the resolution of project proposals. |
