Resumo:The world has never seen busting up fossil fuels like now. It’s negative impact with pollution at the local level has been great; so it is the effects on the global system with climate change. In the midst of territorial and social conflict, our goal is to provide an analysis of all the social and political issues that contribute to generate alternatives to fracking in Brazil. It is important to point out that there are plans to continue exporting natural resources. We will analyze both, the government stand on this issue as well as the opposition, including a study of Brazil’s energy structure, with its territoriais control tools, and the fracking holdout which is now suspended, and how it happened.
