| Summary: | The current paper analyzes the relationship between lack of political discourse by certain parties and results in state and local elections in the states of Nayarit, Coahuila, Mexico and Hidalgo in 2011. However the reflections from these results are not directly assigned PRI presidential victory in 2012, they are just one analysis point on the path political forces. |
