Sumario:The odontomas are mixed odontogenic tumors with greater frequency of appearance, cells and tissues are normal but of defective structures, the etiology is related to trauma, morpho differentiation, genetic disorders, remains of Malassez; they are of limited growth, asymptomatic, they produce dental retention: they are classified as compounds and complexes. The treatment is surgical and they do not present recurrence. The clinical case presented is a 6-year-old female patient, who attended the consultation because she was concerned about the way in which the dental organs were coming out, for the diagnosis in the radiographic study it is observed between the root of the incisor central and left upper side a compound odontoma, which was surgically removed.
