| Sumario: | This research analyzes the perception of producers in municipalities with the Raicilla denomination of origin (DO). A qualitative, exploratory and descriptive methodology was used to identify its perspective from obtaining the Denomination of origin and its socioterritorial effects. It was found that consumer interest has increased, this has improved product visibility and recognition. The Master Raicilleros have adapted their marketing strategies, in addition the Denomination of origin has promoted changes in the local infrastructure, attracting tourists and strengthening cultural identity. |
