| Sumario: | This work presents studies of magnetic flux jump instabilities in MgB2dense bulk samples irradiated with electrons, protons, and gammarays. Isothermal magnetization vs magnetic field measurements (M-H) at different temperatures display flux jump instabilities that arestrongly dependent on the temperature. Hysteresis loops, below the superconducting transition temperature, allow us to conclude that thedifferent types of irradiation affect the magnetic and electronic properties in different ways. The study was performed in MgB2irradiatedsamples that were compared with pristine ones. |
