Resumo:This work aims to problematize and trace the shape of the operational differentiation of the political system and system of law in Mexico. Specifically, analyze performance and structural links between the two systems and the conditions of possibility for its operation, which involves installing the problem not only in the logic of progress and historical development, especially in the evolutionary process of generation and construction both the social order as expectations that guide and reproduce. Moreover, confronting these forms of structuring the budgets to understand modern society as a distinct society functions.
