Descripción
Sumario:This article aims to address an analysis of sustainable policies in Mexico from the Green Mortgage program, taking this as a model of good practice. This analysis aims to raise awareness and generate knowledge about the benefits provided by sustainable housing policies and the savings generated with them within families. This analysis will be carried out based on studies produced by Infonavit through a simulator of eco-technologies which allows to know the expenses on water, electricity, gas and gas equipment in the home, and demonstrating the savings generated with the eco-technologies promoted thanks to the policies of housing, thus generating support for new eco-technologies supported by the Government due to the need that exist in Mexico and other countries to implement sustainable policies within the housing promotion, which are actually met and do not become simply a written, thus supporting sustainability.
