| Sumario: | This paper studies the labor narrative and the stories that contextualize the application of law. Each area of law has a foundational story, which is sometimes implicit and usually operates without us noticing. This hegemonic story is changing over time and in exceptional cases can be challenged by a radically different story. In this article we will analyze the labor narrative based on the narrative of the principles of labor law, studying two Chilean jurisprudential cases of the last fifteen years, in which the Supreme Court has evolved from a privatist to a labor narrative. |
