Sumario:Usually the current mode filter has been designed whit current coveyors or OTAs and OPAMs basic buildings blocks. In this work are proposed current mode cells, those cells built with FVFCS, the FVFCS electric characteristic helped in the construction of Leapfrog and leader filters. It proposed a bicuadratics modules, an active inductor. It was made an low pass filter with cut frequency in 9.5Mhz, and 1dB.atenuation in the pass band, a band pass filter made with biquad modules array, with central frequency in 27.5Mhz and quality factor of 4. High pass filter was made like band pass filter with biquad modules, cut frequency is in 450Mhz. The layout of these circuits was implemented after the AC and transient simulations. The active inductor is used in leader high pass filter it didn’t make layout of this filter only the simulations and the demonstration. It was realized parameters variation and distortion simulations for efficient prove- And is demonstrated the fact of current mode filters can be realized with FVFCS, with low sensitivity in process variations.
