Sumario:Summary: The paper is a sinthetical effort to estimulate discussion, democratical transition included, about the rol of Transnational State at the Yucatan península and the arrival capitalists megaprojects since 1990 decade. The study tries to explain the influence of that factors at the sunset of the ancestral territory (1240-1540), complicated by covid-19 pandemic. Finally, it includes a brief discussion of resistence movements fighting for the preservation. A list of village and social organizations fight for the physical and simbolical preservation are included at Annexed I, as a note in front to the context and global interesting that point to exterminate it.
