| Resumo: | The purpose of this paper is to help clarify the functional significance of activities indispensably performed in scientific research, —in particular in social reality— and often are taken for understood, but which in fact are used with equivocation. This demerits or flat comes to distort the meaning and effectiveness of a study, since one of the fundamental requirements of any solid argument in science or in any other context, is to have a maximum of linguistic and conceptual precision. |
