| Sumario: | In order to know the balance and nutritional requirement of the Ave del paraíso flower (Strelitzia reginae Aiton), the need for nutrients under a commercial production system was quantified in a plot of 10 years established, with fertilization, pruning, irrigation, pest and disease control, with a population density of 1,250 bushes ha 1, through the chemical analysis of nutritional concentration in the biomass produced in a year.
