Resumo:The coefficient of drag was determined with the prototype built in the ECITEC fluid laboratory, which consists of a scale and a steel support to which are fixed the square and circular models that are installed in the subsonic wind tunnel of ECITEC. With the data obtained, values for the drag coefficient of 1.3 to 1.6 were obtained for the models analyzed with a Reynolds with a range of 106367 to 221954.
