| Sumario: | The intention of this article is to share in a synthetic way, what has been up to now the construction of the concept of emotional intelligence, to emphasize the importance of generating awareness in the management of emotions, especially, how they participate and externalize in our actions and how we perceive them in people. Also to clarify some confusions due to the big quantity of approaches about it. Besides, to recognize that in theater, from the beginning of this artistic experience, the understanding and recreation of emotions has been one of its investigations starting from different methodologies. |
