Sumario:The results of a herpetofaunal inventory made in Aluxes Ecoparque Palenque in the months of January to November 2017, are presented, with 16 sampling events were carried out. The Inspection technique by visual encounter was used for a limited time (2 hours), on the main roads and paths in Aluxes Ecoparque Palenque. Having a results, a 298 individuals and a richness of 43 species was recorded, consisting of 16 amphibian species (37%) and 27 reptiles (63%). The accumulation curve of amphibian and reptile species indicates that the inventory is almost complete. Of the recorded species of amphibians and reptiles 12 are in the irrigation categories according to NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010.
