| Sumario: | Mexico consolidates its international leadership as the first producer, consumer and exporter of fresh avocado and pulp, highlighting the state of Michoacan with 93,125 ha of the national surface that records 6,150 ha with organic management in which, similar to conventional management, they lack of studies of evaluations of the dynamic changes of the soil by the predominance of empiricisms in both productive systems given the immediate need for production for commercialization. With the hypothesis, the organic matter contents of arbuscular micorbic fungi AMF and of colony forming units of CFU bacteria, are found in greater quantity in soils under organic management of avocado cultivation compared to conventional management. The objectives were to evaluate the content of matter Organic and CFU of bacteria in two production cycles and quantify the presence, abundance and diversity of AMF in conventional and organic avocado management. |
