One of the most illustrative cases, in this sense, is that of the movements of the women and their diverse strategies in front of the neoliberalism. However, to assume this theoretical perspective demands a new definition of the citizenship concept whose main source, still if it requires a deep critical revision, it is the proposal had enunciated by Marshall fifty years ago.En la literatura sociológica actual, el análisis se concentra frecuentemente en el impacto de las políticas neoliberales sobre la población. Los autores sostienen que el escenario es más complejo y que se asiste a un doble proceso de des-ciudadanización y de demandas crecientes de ciudadanía. Uno de los casos más ilustrativos, en este sentido, es el de los movimientos de las mujeres y sus diversas estrategias frente al neoliberalismo.
