Sumario:In studies about Iberoamerican militarism, the left political positions, and even leftists, have not been adequately studied. Therefore, this article find to expose the long tradition of left militarism, which is present in all Iberoamerican history, in addition to presenting the main lines leading to that part of the official positions adopted by left positions and / or Iberoamerican leftist follow military leadership. This text focuses on the author’s master’s thesis about military reformism from 1992 to 2007 in Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.
