| Sumario: | Strategies of regional economic policy are suggested for the border municipality of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, resulting from the analysis of economic data of 2013. A regional input-output matrix and its corresponding multiplier analysis are constructed taking as starting point Leontief and Flegg, Webber and Elliot models. Besides, the influence of the industrial activity is classified and a structural vision of the productive chains is provided, following Rasmussen. The results show the marginal nature of the multipliers of production, employment, income and value added in non-manufacturing productive activities. |
