| Sumario: | The financial capital groups become outstanding in the capital accumulation process taking place on the sixties, even if their beginning is found in the Porfiriato period. The author identifies three evolution periods of these groups and analyzes the characteristics for the fourth period that started with the devaluation of December 1994; he outstands the relations these keep with the State within the context of the internationalization and re-organization of the Great Capital. The paper ends up pointing out that the economical politics tending to privilege the support to speculation is harmful for society. |
