Resumo:This text constructs the concepts of uncertainty and metropolitan conflict for the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico, using the techniques of in-depth interviews, participant observation and the analysis of official documents (all of which are an integral part of constructivist methodology,) in order to typify this phenomenon of conurbation as post-normal and thereby determine its current possibilities of management.
