Sumario:Turkey ham is one of the most popular sausages of meat origin and is regulated by Official Mexican Standards in sanitary and commercial terms. The objective of this study was to analyze 10 different types of trademarks of Turkey Ham by collecting data on macronutrients, sodium, added ingredients and additives, in relation to the parameters established by the Official Mexican Standards. It was concluded that all the analyzed turkey ham products presented values ​​within the ranges established according to the norms regarding nutritional values, as well as the characteristics in relation to the quality of packaging and labeling. The products have a high content of sodium and additives therefore their consumption should be moderate.
