| Sumario: | This research project analyses the best interests of the child in same-sex couple adoption. Whereas exposes the national and international postures about it. It begins to address the family evolution, the adoption requirements in Mexico and, the identification of sexual diversity and gender rights considered of vital importance particularly in the contemporary family contexts. In this perspective and taking into account the best interests of the child, it is imperative to analyse the aforementioned interests in same-sex couple adoption. |
