Sumario:In this article, Professor Fernando Flores García reflected about the judicial notice or personal knowledge of the Judge. Therefore, about the question of determinate if the Judge, who has personal knowledge of the facts that he has to resolve, has the authority to take them into consideration while resolving the controversy, even if there is no evidence of those situations or facts that have been presented to him in the course of the procedure. In this issue there are different points of view, depending on the area we can reach different procedure effects.
