Sumario:This article aims to select the optimal alternatives to solve the problems faced by a company dedicated to the sale of meat based on the application of quality management tools for the contribution in the reduction of costs constantly. It should be noted that after a bibliographic search no similar works were found in this kind of companies, which is why this work is innovative. In which continuous improvement was applied, quality management tools are described as: the Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, control charts, statistical graphs, among others that helped to propose and evaluate various alternatives.
