Descripción
Sumario:This article analyzes the strategy implemented by a firm located in the state of Queretaro, which is denominated “The road to quality”. They started in 2010 with technological and organizational innovations: information about the work process, new productive activities, teamwork and decisions taken by workers were collected in order to do the research. A comparison was made in the firm before and after technological and organizational innovations. The results obtained indicate that the strategy was successful and as a result the firm improved its position in the domestic market. According to Humprey (1993) this model is called “encouraged involvement” and it is based on agreements with workers and Unions but without legal consequences in the collective agreement.
