Sumario:The amparo trial in Mexico, which arose from the invention of Mariano Otero y Mestas, product of his immeasurable social vision, and thanks to his reading of Alexis de Tocqueville’s work, Democracy in America, was something that caused a positive impact at a global level in the history of Law, to such an extent, that most of the different Hispanic American States adopted it ex profeso in their respective juridical tasks, however, with their own customs and limitations.
