Descrição
Resumo:Cannabidiol or CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid derived from fiber-type Cannabis (hemp), used as a therapeutic alternative for the treatment of various pathologies. Derived from the medical importance of CBD, and its pharmacological demand, the need arises to homogenize the process of obtaining CBD extracts from hemp cultivation. A hydroponic system makes it easier to determine conditions to produce this plant species. The most important advantages of hydroponics are that the soil is not required as a support or source of nutrients, pest control, adaptation to any space and climatic condition, and it would even increase yields. Therefore, a proposal for a hydroponic hemp cultivation system to obtain CBD is presented; includes system layout, substrates, temperature, containers, lighting, aeration, humidity, pH, drainage and irrigation system, nutrient solution, and suggested electroconductivity. In addition, a bibliographic review of the identification of CBD by HPLC is included.
