Sumario:Efficient work management is crucial for driving progress and sustainability across various domains of society. In this context, engineering plays a fundamental role by providing strategies and tools to achieve it. One of these tools is Kanban, which offers a visual approach to optimize and organize workflow. Accordingly, this research aimed to describe the visual management of workflow through digital Kanban, focusing on its practices. The study adopted a basic and descriptive approach with a practical emphasis to clearly and simply illustrate the application of these practices on a digital Kanban board in Trello. In this way, the 6 practices of Kanban were successfully applied through a digital board and configurations in Trello, allowing for a better and innovative visualization, collaboration, and tracking of the flow of tasks in a project, process, or sequence with a goal.
