| Sumario: | Neoliberal globalization, whose boom began in Mexico in 1994, has deepened the dismantling of the low profitability agrarian sector economic and not focused on the export. Instead, he has privileged agriculture of exportable products. This disarticulation of the productive base of food reduced a source of income for producers and with it, increased food insecurity. This new dynamic affected regions such as Sinaloa, where primary production and food insecurity are increasing. For the realization of this work the Mexican Food Security Scale was used, to know the food situation of Sinaloa, its economic zones and its municipalities, having a sample of 384 cases. It was found that the municipalities of Choix, Navolato and Concordia, are the municipalities with the greatest food insecurity, and a productive differentiation in the north and south, since in the north there is high technification and export crops, inversely to the situation of the Sinaloan south. Although the processes of globalization affected the productive dynamics of the primary sector in Sinaloa, some municipalities could benefit from this new dynamic. |
