Sumario:For several years the Cloud Physics Laboratory of the University of Chicago, under contract to the U. S. Weather Bureau, addressed itself to the cloud physics phases of the program being carried out by the National Hurricane Research Project. This paper describes some of the measurements of liquid-water content obtained on flights made into hurricanes and tropical storms by the NHRP B-50 airplanes during 1957and 1958.
