| Sumario: | In this document the basic concepts are exposed to help understand another form of managing the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico (ZMVM). With this objective we hope to decipher the present behavior of the agents who participate in the ZMVM as they expose the concepts of uncertainty, decision making and metropolitan governability from Postnormal Science. Finally a management table sets an outline of ideas that would create what we think could be a metropolitan course change, we named it “Allis’s Table“. |
