Sumario:This paper will examine, first, the process of social construction of state violence, promptly those related to the crime of genocide, (following the work of the sociologist Daniel Feierstein) and secondly, how this process can be identified in time to curb the potential of a specific expression execution state violence. For this, the social role of a memory location in human rights education will be analyzed as a tool for effective early warning, through the pastpresent reflection that deconstructs the various manifestations of such violence. Specifically, will be seen the case of corporación Parque por la paz Villa Grimaldi’s educational team, a clear expression of education against genocide.
