Sumario:Reflecting around the digital divide suggests an imbalance of political and economic forces and social contrasts, always present, but much more visible in the era of globalization which shows an ambiguity in its terms, on one hand the advance of knowledge and all which implies, but otherwise a widening gap between those who can access the connected world and those left outside or far from this advance both economic development, educational and cultural as resulting inevitably in two central structural world system: the political life in society.
