Descrição
Resumo:This article analyzes the characteristics of innovations created by innovative social entrepreneurs, in addition to their relationship to business models. This is based on exploratory case studies in which evidence was processed using ATLAS.ti software and stylized in semantic networks. The cases suggest that the nature of such innovations, which are differentiated as technological or non-technological, is not only associated with the business model but with specific elements of the entrepreneur and of the context/ecosystem of operation. In this way, it was found that non-technological innovations allow for greater social inclusion, empowerment and the creation of skills within the population.
