Description
Summary:This study is a metric-morphological discriminant analysis of the humerus; it's purpose is to know the existance of sexual differences. The sample comprised 87 individuals from the contemporary skeletal collection of the physical anthropology laboratory of the Anatomy Department housed at the Medical School of the Autonomous National University of México. The results allowed to establish 78 discriminant funcrions to determine sex, with variables that had from 80.0% to 95.2% of correct classification.
