Resumo:From the study of penal processes of the epoch, it is analyzed if the authorities judged of form differentiated to the women, as for the sweetening of sorrow, during in the period of consolidation of the codification in the State of Mexico, and at the same time they value if with the promulgation of the first penal code of the entity some change was registered in the administration of justice.
