Sumario:This article analyzes the social rights proposition contained in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union which has been included in the formal structure of the 2004 Union Constitutional Treaty. To do that, author describes historical records, development, and final acceptance of the Charter. Also, shows a list of the social rights included, in order to analyze and criticize them, emphasizing their scopes and limits.
