This paper explains the various mechanisms of democratic participation that the workers will count on to have their opinions considered in primordial subjects such as the choice of union leaders, collective bargaining, and strikes.Uno de los temas centrales en la reciente reforma laboral en México fue el marco jurídico de los sindicatos, en donde el respeto a la opinión de los trabajadores ocupa un lugar importante. En este trabajo se explican los diferentes mecanismos de participación democrática con los que ahora contarán los trabajadores para que su punto de vista sea tomado en cuenta en temas trascendentes, como la elección de las directivas sindicales, la contratación colectiva y la huelga.Le cadre juridique des syndicats a été un des sujets principaux dans la récente réforme de la législation du travail au Mexique. Dans cette réforme l´opinion des travailleurs occupe une place très importante.
