Women who practice journalism are not exempt from living this situation, before which they develop different strategies of resistance. Journalists tolerate, avoid or confront sexual harassment on the part of their bosses, colleagues, officials, police officers and others with whom they interact. In this text, we explore these forms of resistance, which in turn represent the way women are constituted as subjects, before the violence that affects them.El acoso sexual es una de las tantas formas de violencia de género que pueden enfrentar las mujeres. Sin embargo, se trata de una violencia normalizada e invisibilizada, presente de manera cotidiana en todos los espacios de la vida, incluyendo el laboral, donde confluye con otras formas de violencia. Las mujeres que ejercen el periodismo no están exentas de vivir esta situación, ante la cual desarrollan diferentes estrategias de resistencia. Las periodistas toleran, esquivan o confrontan el acoso sexual de parte de sus jefes, compañeros, funcionarios, policías y de otras personas con las que interactúan.
