Objective: To restore a case of corrected vdo by complete oral rehabilitation with the help of prosthodontics, periodontics and endodontics. Case presentation: A 62-year-old female patient is presented, whose reason for consultation was: "my teeth are too small and I can't eat comfortably". Severe generalised wear, missing teeth, and misaligned restorations were diagnosed. The treatment was divided into 4 phases: In phase 1 the necessary diagnostic studies were taken and foci of infection were removed. In phase 2 provisionalisation of the patient was carried out. During phase 3 (surgical phase), crown lengthening was performed in the anterior sector, followed by implant placement. Phase 4: All final restorations were made. Finally, an increase in the vertical dimension (3 mm), occlusal stability with aesthetic, biological and functionally adequate restorations were obtained. Conclusions: The diagnosis and interdisciplinary treatment plan are of utmost importance to obtain excellent results in the oral rehabilitation of a patient with generalised severe wear.Introducción: el restablecimiento de la dimensión vertical oclusal (dvo) es una de las opciones de tratamiento más comunes cuando se necesita rehabilitar un paciente con múltiples desgastes dentales. Objetivo: restablecer un caso de dvo corregido mediante rehabilitación oral completa con ayuda de prostodoncia, periodoncia y endodoncia. Presentación del caso: se presenta paciente femenino de 62 años, cuyo motivo de consulta fue: “tengo mis dientes muy pequeños y no puedo comer a gusto”. Se diagnosticó desgaste severo generalizado, piezas dentales ausentes y restauraciones desajustadas. El tratamiento se dividió en 4 fases: En la fase 1 se tomaron los estudios necesarios para el diagnóstico y se retiraron focos de infección. En la fase 2 se realizó la provisionalización del paciente. Durante la fase 3 (fase quirúrgica) se llevaron a cabo los alargamientos de coronas en el sector anterior y posteriormente la colocación de implantes. Fase 4: Se realizaron todas las restauraciones finales.  Finalmente se obtuvo un aumento de3 mm en la dimensión vertical, estabilidad oclusal con restauraciones estéticas, biológicas y funcionalmente adecuadas.
