| Sumario: | In this order of ideas, as part of this editorial vision, the following reflections will briefly address from a theoretical position and a deductive methodology (Hernández, R.:2010: 275), the reflexive interpretation of the way in which They originally make up the so-called metropolitan areas and above all the reason for the generation of their aggravated spatial problems: mobility, infrastructure, equipment and others; this from a proposal that serves as a theoretical basis in the explanatory approach and that allows not only a redefinition of the metropolises of the global south and the understanding of its procedural genesis; but also, the generation of public policies of alterity, the operative strategies of spatial application and above all the implementation of ad hoc planning that makes it possible to mitigate and correct its internal problems. |
