| Sumario: | The present investigation is titled "legal practice of the collegiate courts of the twenty-fourth circuit, through their judgments and the execution stage", its selection was due to the fact that the topics referring to the protective judgments of direct protection were broken down in the different chapters, from their content, emission, purpose, and compliance, There are undoubtedly many others that could be derived from the current problems with regard to the administrative capacity of the jurisdictional bodies with the constitutional reform in the area of human rights and the particular circumstances of the responsible authorities in this federative entity, however, they are the focus of this work because they are linked issues that are of great importance for analysis. The way in which this investigation is carried out is with prepositive criticism, mainly to the model of organization of the federal courts to issue their judgments and subsequently achieve compliance by the responsible authorities, in order to propose that they take into account measures to avoid excessive protection for effects and also the lack of compliance with their judgments. |
