Derived from this situation the World Health Organization (WHO) promote a training policy for health professionals with the aim of protecting the rights of users based on humanized treatment.Los derechohabientes de las distintas instituciones de salud exigen como parte de sus retribuciones el recibir atención por parte de los profesionales de la salud de tal forma que se respete su dignidad en todo momento y esta les haga sentir valorados y respetados en todas sus dimensiones; las instituciones solo se han dedicado a delimitar la atención al centrarse en la parte técnica o procedimental en lugar de brindar un cuidado enfocado en la persona y su integridad, minimizando así la gestión del cuidado llevando a la deshumanización de este, situación presente no solo en la práctica profesional sino también en la formación de los futuros profesionales.
