Description
Summary:This work examines the peasant condition of the indigenous community in Abasolo, Ocosingo, Chiapas, and assesses the economic viability of the cooperative "Casa Tierra Ixin." The results of the cash flow analysis were classified into three environments: the CE (Conserved Environment) consists of the fallow land known as "acahual"; the UE (Utilized Environment), formed by the coffee plantation; and the TE (Transformed Environment), comprising the "milpa" and backyard. When analyzing the dynamic balance of the community in terms of economic and ecological exchanges, on average per family, they have positive balances.
